Thanks for the feedback. There is a problem with the web-GUI of the GS748TPS switch because the configured untagged and tagged ports on your GS748TPS switch are not working when you clicked on the Apply button that is why nothing shows when you click on tagged/untagged port members on the VLAN Membership page.
I suggest that we reflash the firmware and use image 2 (because most likely, image 1 is currently being active in your GS748TPS switch). Here are the steps below:
1. Download the latest firmware v5.2.0.11 here and save it to the desktop screen of your PC. Unzip the file downloaded.
2. Disconnect the GS748TPS switch from the existing network then connect the PC (where you have downloaded the latest firmware version) directly to a LAN port of the GS748TPS switch.
3. Assign a static IP address on the PC that corresponds to the IP address assigned on the GS748TPS switch. For example, if the GS748TPS switch has an IP address of 192.168.0.239 then assign a static IP address of 192.168.0.210 to the PC.
4. Login to the web-GUI of the GS748TPS switch.
5. Reflash the firmware of the GS748TPS switch. Follow the instructions from pages 8-5 to 8-6 of the GS748TPS user manual here on how to download firmware to the switch. Be sure to select "Firmware" as the File Type and choose "via HTTP."
6. After reflashing the firmware, go to Maintenance > File Management > Active Image.
7. Select Image 2 to be active in the "After Reset" field then click Apply. As reference, read pages 8-6 to 8-7 GS748TPS user manual here about File Management.
8. Go to Maintenance > Reset > Device Reboot then click Apply to reboot the switch.
9. Once the switch reboots, login to the web-GUI. Go to Maintenance > File Management > Active Image and check the active image. The active image should be image 2.
10. Go to the VLAN Membership page then configure the corresponding untagged and tagged ports on the respective VLANs and click Apply.
11. Still on the VLAN Membership page, click on either Tagged or Untagged port members and check if it displays the tagged/untagged ports accordingly.
Note: If the same problem occurs after step 11, do a factory reset on GS748TPS switch. Go to Maintenance > Reset > Factory Default then check the box and click Apply. Wait for the switch to boot up properly. Afterwards, login to the web-GUI and repeat steps 9-11.
Let us know the results.

Since its still the same problem, I suggest you or the person on-site to open a chat or online case with NETGEAR Support at anytime for further assistance. If ever that your GS748TPS is found faulty, you will need to submit a .doc or .pdf copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the GS748TPS switch for warranty verification. If ever the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will follow.
