Netgear Discovery for Mac Apple Silicon?
I tried the Discovery Tool from 2001 (!) and it doesn't see my GS305EPP or WAX214s. The Intel version (2005) works fine but this version won't work when MacOS 28 is released as Rosetta is going away. Is Netgear going to release an updated Apple Silicon version that works?

Whatever that tool was made for - more than two dacades ago.
Consult the current fine user documentation for the GS305EPP and WAX214, even better, direct consult the Netgear download sections for thes two products please:
- GS308EPP - 8-Port High-Power PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet Easy Smart Managed Essentials Switch
-> https://www.netgear.com/support/product/gs308epp -
WAX214 - WiFi 6 AX1800 PoE Wireless Access Point
NETGEAR Discovery Tool - Designed to help users easily locate and manage switches on their network
Magically, also your WAX214 will show up while connected to the same LAN/VLAN/IP Subnet.
Not a regular Apple user, so I -assume- there is Appl Silicon code included, and it includes Universal Binaries (arm64 + x86_64).Everything is based on DNS-SD - Apple had added this slowly about 10 years ago, allowing to slowly migrating away from the Bonjour.

Netgear has until MacOS 28 is released to update Apple Silicon Version. Why is the version 4 years older than Intel Version?
