Netgear GS105Ev2 mismatch
Hello, Since the past couple of days, I encountered a problem where a number of applications and websites are not working properly. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. For example, on twitch...

Mismatch: Sometimes also reported as Impedance Mismatch or Crosstalk. Means the cable's electrical resistance is not consistent across its length, preventing it from meeting the 100 Ohm standard.
This causes signals to reflect back along the wire, leading to poor performance, packet loss, or a total inability to connect.
How long is the

This is certainly not a part of the simple cable test feature.
Much more, it appears the Ethernet link negotiated to 100M, typically due to cable or connector contact issues - this will be also indicated by a single LED on the GS105Ev2. This switch has two LEDs on the front along with each connector. Both lit and flashing == 1000M, only left lit == 100M, only the right one lit == 10M (if wally brain is right).
1000M requires four working pairs, with one wire not properly connecting -> the link must fall back to Fast Ethernet.
Both issues can be caused by very poor wiring, cabling, bad connector crimping. Common is carless placing of the individual wires (not keeping in twisted pairs long enough) in wall outlets.
Many other reasons can cause wrong or misleading results. Cable length or error position indication requires typically at least a cable connection of about 10 meters.
Also well known is the effect that Ethernet ports supporting higher link speeds than Gigabit - means MultiGig (2.5G, 5G) ot 10 G ports (active or inactive link, but plugged) can cause errors or "measurement" failures.

Do these 2 meters make any sense related to the physical cable length or installation, or is this a random and unexpected position?
Last but not least: Always post the effective installed firmware version. v1.6.0.21 is current, as of writing -> GS105Ev2 Support

There are actually two issues here.
- Port 2 (My-PC) is showing the cable mismatch, but is negotiating gigabit
- Port 3 (GF-PC) passes the cable test, but is only negotiating 100M
I've been focused on the first one.
Pleasefix: Did you try a different cable for GF-PC?
