Netgear ProSAFE JGS524PE / JGS524E

After connecting to the mains socket on the switch, all port LEDs turn on and do not go out, no communication with the ports on the PC. I have 2 pieces of the JGS524PE model and 2 pieces of JGS524E. What could be the problem? After the files on YT, the LEDs are on for 3 seconds, and all the time with me. greetings

    Matelektro,

    Welcome to the community!

This is most likely a hardware issue. Were there any events that might have caused this issue like a power outage?

If you already performed the basic hardware troubleshooting (performing Factory Defaults and rebooting), then I suggest to contact our Support and request for an RMA (for your reference, please click this KB article).

    Regards,
