ProSafe JGS524E is there a special trunk port ?
Hello, I am wondering are there special ports for trunking (with much more bandwidth) like on Cisco ones ? Or it doesn't matter to what port (ethernet) trunk line to core switch would be connected ?...
By far not all Cisco switches come with dedicated stacking ports or faster uplink ports.
AFAIK all ports on the same, so you can configure a single uplink port or a LAG for the uplink at your preferences, e.g. lowest or highest port number for example.
