Thanks for clarifying. So the issue isn't about the switch forwarding client broadcast packets incorrectly - it is about the switch sending its own packets on all VLANs.
Either way, not the right behavior.

Exactly!
None of these frames belong to any VLAN different than the Management VLAN ID configured.
Similar, e.g. the Web UI must be limited exactly just ot the Management VLAN configured.
Looks to me the Management VLAN feature, no matter if we talk about the Basic 802.1Q VLAN mode or the Advanced 802.1Q VLAN mode was introduced in July-2025 to the GS305EP, GS305EPP, GS308EP, GS308EPP - but never properly tested nor QA audited.
Being a little bit confused why only the User Manual was updated with the Management VLAN feature, while the related Data Sheet dates back from 1-AUG-2022, still stating "No" on the Management VLAN feature for the above listed models.
Curious if the same flaw exists on the GS316EP, and the GS316EPP which are coming with that feature for a longer time already.
Something JulienR is kindly requested please to forward from the customer support to the PMs and QA in charge.
