Unable to register switch for warranty

Serial No.: DW2093K00156
Product is under warranty but unable to register. can you please help

This serial number looks to short, I'd expect 13 chars and numbers.

Admitted, a JFS524 is a very old device, and you might have to contact the Netgear Support direct for warranty support registration.
