Hello Everyone,
Just in case somebody has the same issue.
I decided to purchase Mode Conditioning Patch fiber cables. The link came up right away and it is working without errors.

In most cases, our AXM763 doesn't need mode conditioning cables because of the componentry in our switches. I suspect the mode conditioning cables won't help. I think we need to narrow down your issue. This will let the Community help you better.
Can you confirm your switch model number(s)?
Are the two successful links (OM1 MMF) using AXM763 in the same switch model on each end, or in different switches?
On the link presenting the issue, do you have the same switch on each end or different switches?
Finally, what is the distance for the erroneous link?

Switch: S3300-28X ProSAFE 24-Port Gigabit Stackable Smart Switch with 4 10G uplinks
SFP: AXM763 SFP+ Transceiver 10GBASE-LRM

I migrated all our switches to S3300-28X and all of them use the same SFP Module(AXM763)

Yes, same switches and same SFP modules.
Finally, what is the distance for the erroneous link?
