Can't reach netgear support

Hi all,

I was upgrading my firmware, and after the reboot the switch just hangged with orangle light and does nothing.
After some research, saw that the best option is to call a RMA. Tried to do that, registered everything, but afterwards, I just received a email with a number to call, but that number is not working for me. Am I missing something here?

      Hi, 

      Thanks for you answear. Yes, I did. I even received a email to call Support. Problem is that number don't work for me, and after 48h the ticket get closed automatically.

        Not sure, the dial-in numbers could vary, depending on the location. Last option, it could be a call routing issue by Netgear's service provider.

         

        Country you are calling from?

        International prefix correct for your phone provider and location?

         

        This issue requires more detailed investigation - it's not the first similar report these days.
