Ethernet connected but no internet Eero Pro 6

I've been using a Netgear GS108 switch with my Eero Pro6 router with a fiber line optic service. I was able to connect the switch and printers to the network for months but suddenly all the devises connected to the switch stopped getting internet serice via the ethernet lines connected to the switch. I still get internet using the wifi network from the Eero - and if I connect the line directly to my PC, I've turned off, restarted and reconnected the Eero, devices and replaced all the cables and the problem persists. I even bought a new router and got the same issue. Is it an issue with the Eero Pro 6???

    Welcome to the community! :) 

     

    Just to clarify. If you connect a PC directly to your Eero Pro6 router, are you able to access the internet via a wired connection? If not, you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider.  

     

    Is the GS108 directly connected to the Eero Pro6 router?
