Welcome to the community!
Since the GS108 is only an unmanaged switch there is nothing you can configure on that device. It appears to me that your modem/router is in bridge mode. The reason why your devices can go online one at a time is that the modem/router does not supply enough amount of IP addresses for the devices to use. Kindly have your ISP take it off bridge mode or make sure that there is enough IP addresses for all of your devices.
