GS116 V2 Dead on Arrival

I installed my new GS116. Low 8 ports have all of their LEDs on. regardless of cables connected. High 8 ports have all of the LEDs off. Again, cabling makes no difference.

Any thoughts other than returning it?

  • They have issued an RMA. I asked them to waive shipping since it was a DOA. I am not sure that is working.

    One set of shipping costs wipes out much of the sale price difference I found.

  • Support says the symptoms could be pointing at the power supply. I am looking around for another 12V supply. I am sure I have some somewhere.
  • Another thing of interest. The lights work incorrectly as I have posted; but the switch seems to work like a switch.
