MS308 unstable connection

Got a new one, works perfectly.. it was the switch!

Can you still exchange it with the seller?
What model is the old switch?
Yes, in the Netherlands you are allowed to return anything within 14 days. I just wrote them an email explaining what I have done and ask them for a suggestion (the only one is return it).
The old switch is the GS108.
