Is it possible to get an unmanaged network switch, at least some 1Gb port and PoE.

As far as I know, the NETGEAR unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch like the GS108P is already End-of-Life (EOL). I suggest you to check the GS110TP which is an 8-port Gigabit PoE Smart Managed Switch with 2 Gigabit Fiber SFP. You may also use the GS110TP just like an unmanaged switch.
