ping a gs105v4 gigabit switch

Hi guys,   First aplogies if theres already a step by step procedure on how to ping to this switch in this forum.  I only have one computer available to me at the moment and I would like to simply ...

    Hi marcosgu,

     

    GS105v4 is an unmanaged switch.In other words, no SW on it at all. So you cannot ping the switch.

Hi marcosgu,

 

Sorry, as your switch gs105v4 is plus switch, it only support Prosafe Plus Utility tool to discover. SCC only can discover Smart switch.

So could you try to discover gs105v4 with Utility again?
