Apr 19, 2017Hi marcosgu,
Sorry, as your switch gs105v4 is plus switch, it only support Prosafe Plus Utility tool to discover. SCC only can discover Smart switch.
So could you try to discover gs105v4 with Utility again?

Hi EricZ,
So, Im still not showing anything when I use the ProSafe Plus.. I did some more research and I noticed that the "Local Area Connection" (when i connect an ethernet cable to the switch) is showing as "unidentified network". I think perhaps maybe this is contributing to the problem. I have no idea at this point and I have also tried a whole laundry list of ideas to resolve the "unidentified network" status as well.

Hi marcosgu,
What's your network topo?
Internet----Router-----gs105v4-----PC?
You mean when the PC connected to gs105v4, the LAN showing as 'unidentified network', and the PC cannot get IP address?
We double confirm again, the switch gs105v4 is an unmanaged switch, actually this switch doesn't have management IP, so PC cannot ping Switch and cannot manage it. This Switch only passthrough all of the traffic and do not deal with it.
I suggest you can check whether PC can ping Router not?
