we are having issues with lagging and video freezing during team and zoom mtgs.&nbsp;Any suggestions on how to address this with this equipment?&nbsp;

Does this happens with this switch removed?&nbsp;
What's all connected to this switch?
What CAT# LAN cables are being used? CAT6 is suggested.&nbsp;
Swap LAN cables.&nbsp;
What is the switch connected too up stream? i.e. Router or something else?&nbsp;
Try a different switch?

Aside from the questions and suggestions from a fellow community member, has the device been rebooted? factory defaulted? were there any network changes that may have resulted this?
