we are having issues with lagging and video freezing during team and zoom mtgs.

 

Any suggestions on how to address this with this equipment?

    Does this happens with this switch removed? 

    What's all connected to this switch?

    What CAT# LAN cables are being used? CAT6 is suggested. 

    Swap LAN cables. 

    What is the switch connected too up stream? i.e. Router or something else? 

    Try a different switch?
