Netgear FVS336G WAN 2 Timeouts

DNS on the server points to itself locally then our second domain controller as the secondary with 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 and 85.189.102.5 & 85.189.39.5 as forwarders and the settings use "Root Hints" if forwarders aren't available" all computers on the network point to the Internal DNS Server.
