Please tell me how to set up a pr460x iptv viewing!

Not aware the PR460X nor it's little pro the PR60X have any explicit or implicit support for whatever known or unknown ISP and/or IPTV service in the PR460X documentation readily available.
An extremely vague and very incomplete request, especially after you had tagged it as "Troubleshooting", and itan was posted why ever in Orbi community section to causing even more confusion to the interested reader.
