SRX5308 Settings spontaneously disappear
I set up a brand new SRX5308 yesterday as follows:
factory reset (using button)
update fimware
factory reset (using button)
configure
Today I swapped it in to replace the existing router and, while I was tweaking a VLAN setting, I got a blank page and got booted off to the login page. When I logged back in, everything but the WAN settings was gone. Custom services, firewall rules, DHCP settings VLAN settings, VPN configuration…
What the hell?? Any idea how this happened?

- assume you are using IE or firefox browser?
when you say configure means manually correct?
another resetting after this issues does it fixes? - and which firmware?

Safari
Configure, meaning a couple of hours of entering information in boxes in the web interface, and saving, with the intention of making the router useful.
SRX5308 Firmware Version 3.0.7-45- use firefox instead if you are Mac user.
new firmware should not cause Safari to do erratic behavior but I would use firefox
