Block adult and peer to peer on WAC510
I have an access point that is functioning as a router and AP and would like to block adult and peer to peer sharing websites. OpenDNS did not work.
- Anyone had luck doing so?
Best
Please refer the attached write-up and config details. Share your feedback once follow the procedures.

OpenDNS would work, permitting the Web UI would allow overriding the DNS servers for the router/Internet config.- as discussed in the other thread.

Hi Moussa854
Have you tried WAN interface as static and configuring manually DNS server field? If you select WAN interface as static from drop down then you can configure DNS field manually. Please check this option and share your feedback.
Refer Page #103 http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WAC510/WAC510_UM_EN.pdf

...a rather useless advise, considering most Internet connections are supplying dynamic configuration (even for these with reserved/"fixed" IPv4 addresses.
Gee, different from many other routers which allow dynamic WAN but override DNS the WAC510 does not. One of the reasons - among lots of strange L2 noise I had stopped testing it as a router, remember RaghuHR?
No other way than change the UI config options....
