Device WAX610 not recognized in Insight

Hello,

 

I removed from a group of my Insight manager an AP WAX610 for adding to an other group.

Now device is alway "waiting connection" mode! and inthe phone application Insight said "Device not register"!

Device is declared on my device list, I have licence for device.

 

  • I have 5 active licences and 5 devices
  • only 4 devices are affected to licence!!   why ?
  • 4 are connected ?
  • 5 are declared in list of my devices 
  • 1 with message "not register"

Please can you help me

    Welcome to our community! :)

     

    Maybe it appertains to your own NETGEAR account that the device is still not registered on your account and not particularly to Insight. Is it registered also on your NETGEAR account? You can also try to remove the device from Insight and re-add it again.
