Multiple SSID on WAC124 not connecting

We have a WAC124 that we have been using for a few months. It was on AP mode with 1 SSID that works fine. I tried adding the 2nd and 3rd avilable SSID today and clicked apply, but devices cannot connect. It is in AP mode, I disabled isolation, wired access is off as default on the 2nd and 3rd SSID. I then powered the AP off for a minute, then on. No help there. I also tried power cycling the parent router, that did not help either. The 2nd is set to 2.4Ghz, the 3rd to 5.0Ghz, as that is what I am testing. Any other settings I need for 3 functional SSID on one WAC124? The devices are android phones, a windows laptop, and chromebooks. The chromebook reports "DHCP lookup failed" and this and all other devices do not report incorrect password.

The security options are configured according your needs and expectations for the two new wireless networks?

I guess you can say they are, but they just dont work. I am trying to figure out how to make them work before adjusting any changes.

There should be nothing that stops you from doing it as long as you don't touch the primary wireless SSID, isn't it?
