Also,
He said sky stream device when turned on is designed to shout out connect to me to reduce lag. Which is a design flaw as doesn't lock on to strongest 5ghz signal it senses. Also in insight it says the root to node signal strength is -85 poor to my room (nearest AP) and kitchen device is through 2 walls to node not 1.
Couldn't see it possible in insight but it is possible to assign WiFi channel to each ssid to make guest network different as don't want to force guests to 2.4ghz long term? Just channel selectable per band not ssid? Sky stream and guest were on different ssid. Not allowed to have any other WiFi at your location God forbid neighbours you can't control.

Also Brian,
I put guest ssid on 2.4ghz and made no difference. Now had a thought: am I able to set minimum RSSI's so the kitchen sky stream box will not connect to the node in the living room and only the stronger root in my room through 1 less wall? As Insight says its -85 poor between the wbe750's?

Hi jonp1331,
Thanks for the information that you have provided. I think it would be best if we could have our support team continue to help you on this one and have our Wireless Engineering check the proper setup and placement between your WiFi 7 APs at home.
Kind regards,
BrianL
