Netgear WAX202 Router on AP mode showing devices on connected WAN router
I recently purchased a Netgear WAX202 Router to act as an access point for just my PC/Pico 4 VR headset.
The issue is I can see all the other devices connected to my BT Smart Hub 2 router.
I have the Netgear WAX202 connected to the BT Smart Hub 2 router via a Cat6 Ethernet cable attached to the WAN port on the back.
I've heard it's possible to setup a private connection/static IP outside of the BT Smart Hub 2 routers DHCP IP range, but I have no idea on how to do this.
Can someone please help?

Of course, you could set a static IP to the access point instead of using the BT Smart Hub 2 routers DHCP assigned one. You need to reserve this address, and ensure the DHCP does not use this address. Typically, this is done by setting the DHCP pool to a smaller set of IP addresses.
Nothing more private in this aspect: The AP must use an address on the IP subnet configured on the BT Smart Hub 2 router for the LAN subnet, the wireless clients anyway (typically still DHCP) for connecting to that very same network.

Many thanks to a1chin for sharing this post from my original post on the NETGEAR subreddit đ.
This is how far I've got so far, ignore the yellow/red circles this was for another post on Reddit.
I'm confused as to what I should change at this point as I have no idea what IP addresses I should put in.
"setting the DHCP pool to a smaller set of IP addresses" Would it help if I posted the IP addresses of the BT Smart Hub 2?

Would it help to tell you that setting a fixed LAN IP address for your WAX20x does not add any privacy or security? It's still in the very same LAN IP subnet!

Absolutely nothing wrong. All devices are connected to the very same L2 network. The WAX202 will "see" the MAC addresses of all devices, regardless of where these are connected. The WAX202 will show these as connecd (=reachable) via the WAX WAN interface, The Smart Hub 2 will show also devices connected direct to the wax202 in AP mode as LAN connected devices.
