Setting up a Wifi for 200 devices

Thank you for choosing Netgear. We have mutiple products that are perfect value for SMB deployments.
Here is the product selector, that give different Management options.
Other points to consider are:
Number of AP to deploy depends on floor plan , per client data rates, client density per AP you need.
The exact AP model to buy depends on what kind of management will fit your needs and feature like captive portal/Guest access.
Couple of suggestions:
1) WC7500-WAC730 or WAC720 is great combination.
2) WAC730/WAC720 standalone: v3.7.x supports Facebook wifi, incase you want to drive wifi users to the companie's facebook page.
For basic deployments,
WAC510 deployed at right places will work too.

Here is a network diagram that I suggest:
From the network diagram above, the modem is connected to the WAN port of the firewall router. The firewall router that you will use should support VLANs. You will need to configure VLANs to segregate networks. For example: you need to separate the Administrator (or Private) network from the Guest network. A port of the firewall router is connected to a port of the GS110TP smart switch. The ports connecting the firewall router and the GS110TP should be configured as tagged ports so that it will become a trunk link. Tagging the ports is needed in order to identify which VLAN the packet belongs to.
The GS110TP smart switch supports VLAN as well as PoE (Power over Ethernet). A port on the GS110TP is connected to the WAC730 access point. The ports connecting the GS110TP and the WAC730 should be configured as tagged ports as well because the WAC730 is a VLAN-aware device. Since the WAC730 also supports VLAN, you can assign a wireless network dedicated to the private network as well as assign a wireless network for the Guest network.
Since the GS110TP supports PoE, it can power on the WAC730 through its ethernet port to where it is connected to. If the WAC730 is set as a standalone access point just like from the network diagram above, you can connect up to 256 wireless clients.
