We did experience some issues with Insight Cloud over the weekend but these are resolved now and your devices should show as online once again. If you are still experiencing any issues please let us know.

apperantly i'm not the only one. just found out that my friend who just bought them on friday has the same problem.
NETGEAR, is there a problem? are you aware of it? c'mon guys, your cloud isn't working for a whole week-end?
