We did experience some issues with Insight Cloud over the weekend but these are resolved now and your devices should show as online once again. If you are still experiencing any issues please let us know.

yes they came online a few minutes ago. thanks for the update.
however, hope this issue will not occur anymore and further outages also. because if you plan to charge customers for a service there should really be no outages, at least not 1-2 days outages...
