    ngrtrmnm,

    Welcome to the community! :)

Was everything working fine before?  If yes, are there any changes in your network setup or ISP subscription or settings in the WAC510?

If you will disconnect the WAC510 (router mode) from the modem then connect a PC/laptop directly to the modem, are you able to access the internet just fine?

    Regards,

    Hi ngrtrmnm

    1. Are you facing this issue  in  Firmware v9.0.0.21 or v9.1.0.13 ?
    2. After how many days of firmware upgrade are you facing this issue ?
    3. Please download the detailed logs from monitoring page and send me via PM. Google drive you can use.
    4. Is there any change in network has happened after firmware upgrade ?
    5. Can we look into your setup since you mentioned you are in India?

    Let us know.

    Thanks,

    Raghu
