WAX214 AX1800 No Internet
Flashed firmware to the latest 2.1.1.3
Connected to Netgear 5 port PoE switch GS305P v2
Router is TP Link AX3000
When I try to connect wirelessly to the WAX214, I get "No internet, secured"
Tried a different cat5e cable - same results
- It appears to be the WAN port on the PoE switch. I connected my PC to the switch and was unable to get internet so I rma'd the unit and should have a replacement Saturday

If you direct connect the AP to the tplink router, does it work?
That's where i'd start.
I'd also look at checking in the tplink if it's issuing an iP address to the AP when its connected.
I can't direct connect to the router since I need the PoE switch. I don't have a power adapter for the AP.

when you're connected to the wax, are you able to log into it?
Does the tplink show it connecting?
I found a 12 volt power adapter and connect it to the AP instead of using the PoE switch. It now works.
Thanks!

Makes me curious if the switch is putting out enough power. That AP only needs 18watt and the switch is supposed to put out more than that. Something else putting a load on that switch?
