What was the previous firmware version running? Any error thrown during upgrade? Can you please send the AP logs to my business email (pramendra.singh@netgear.com)?

These two WAX610 are not on Insight correct? Also if you are telling us that you only have experience the issue after upgrading to the latest firmware, I assume that the previous firmware was stable for you is this correct? How many SSID do you have for each AP if they are not joined to Insight? Were you able to submit the logs to Pramendra so he can provide feedback?

If you are certain that you have a stable network with the prvious firmware I suggest you really have to roll back it to previous firmware. It may prolong your dilema if you are sure that the latest firmware really has issues. But if this is not the case you could also try checking your switch where your APs are connected. What brand of switch are your access points connected?
