WAX620 Neighbor AP lists not populating

The WAX620 is running the latest firmware V9.6.3.2 with detection modes for both wireless channels set to Mild under Security -> Neighbor AP (setting to Moderate or Aggressive have also been tried). ...

Can just report the WAX620 (9.6.3.2) in Insight management show the neighboring AP as expected where the feature is enabled.

Insight Management is not used to manage the AP.  The functionality has worked previously, so I am assuming a firmware change has broken the capability.
