WC505 Recent firmware update killed throughput
Up until the recent firmware update to 9.6.0.12 I had great throughput but now I can connect to the WAC505 of Wi-Fi but no internet. Connect to the same Ethernet sock with cable and. 300Meg down.
other that then firmware update not changes from me to the config.
Any thoughts
Hi Mcbaina Could you please share the following:
1. Network topology.
2. You can download the config backup and send me via PM.
3. Detailed logs. You can download from the monitoring page.
Thanks,
Raghu,

Welcome to the community! 🙂
Kindly try to connect your desktop/laptop hardwired to your router. Are you able to go access the internet via a wired connection just fine?
What is the behavior of the LED lights on the WAC505?
Have you tried to reboot the WAC505? If not yet, kindly reboot the WAC505 and observe if the same problem will occur.

So I have rebooted all 4 of the ports on the network and directly from the Ethernet hub they are connected to I get 300Mg down and 15Mg up.
Connect over the wireless and allocated an IP address but no speed up or down. LEDs seem to behave as normal. Connect very slowly to the Insight portal.
Only change was the firmware update and no way to roll back.
