WC9500 not sending info to RADIUS server
I have a WC9500, set up for WPA2 with RADIUS, i have the correct profile and RADIUS sever set up, i can ping the WC from the RADIUS and vis versa. however when i go to auth to the RADIUS server nothing happens, and there is no log incident created on the RADIUS server. I have used a nother program to ping the RADIUS server with bad login information and log incident is created. Any advice or something im missing.
It was a defective WC, a new one needed to be sent out to resolve.

It has only been set up in the way that it is now, and the WC is running Firmware version: 5.5.1.0.
