Cannot see all my Devices and locations
Hi All
We have a problem with seeing our devices online, when we login we direclty getting out account overview.
We have now 9 insight devices and 9 device credit when we like to see all locations with devices nothing happend and we stay on the same webpages our account overview
What is the problem ? Login the app by mobile is no problem this is only if we going online on the internet
Can anyone help us what is wrong ?

Are you using https://www.insight.netgear.com/#/home when saw the login problem? what's your browser and version? can you send me your account by private message?

Hi Retired_Member ... funny to see the "Location Offline" (in red) in the System Health widget ... same here (for a longer time in fact). On attempting to access https://www.insight.netgear.com/ sometimes old existing tokens are not recognized, the portal takes it like we're authenticated (but we are not), .., and some ugly Inglish message pop-ups.
