I recently purchased a PR60X and activated Insight on trial
I recently purchased a PR60X and activated Insight on trial. I was able to activate Exium SASE on trial. I agree, NETGEAR should aggressively migrate existing Insight customers to a version which allows Exium SASE. It is frustrating when any company prioritizes "new" customers over "existing" customers.

I completely agree. Existing customers who have already invested in NETGEAR products and services should not feel left behind when new features like Exium SASE become available. A smooth migration path for current Insight users would improve customer trust and satisfaction. Companies should focus on supporting their loyal customers just as much as attracting new ones. Hopefully, NETGEAR considers a broader rollout so more existing users can benefit from these advanced security
