Insight Topology Incorrect
One of my clients has two GS724TPv3 Switches. One switch (Cedar) has 9 ports connected, but the Topology only shows 6. The summary page shows that there are 9 ports connected. The other switch (El...
Firmware is the latest: 6.2.1.13 The first screen shot is from Auvik showing Ports 1, 5, 6, 9, 10, 14, 20 & 23 UP which matches what I see when I log in to the GUI of the switch.
This correctly shows 8 connected ports.
This only shows 5 connections for the Cedar Switch . Where are the other 3? The Elm Switch has 5 connections. One connection for both switches is the connection to the firewall or the ISP in this topology. It would be nice for that to be shown.
