Issues with Wac510 and Insight
Had 2 WAC510's installed for my new build home system in 2020. I am not technical, but read that Insight software would allow me to update WAC510's. The system works well, but I have never updated the devices. Installed Insight and Insight located both WAC510's but gave me an error message that both devices cannot be added due to being added to another user's account. Shows devices as "unclaimed". The installer who put in my system is unreachable, and now I'm stuck. I have serial numbers and information on both devices. Firmward Version 9.5.3.2. I can also provide photos. I'm not capable of resetting the entire system. I'm hoping there is a workaround to allow me to register these 2 devices that I paid for and only want to update their software. Any help or advice would be appreciated. In a rural area so finding in-person technical support is also very challenging. Thanks for your help.

I'm not an insight person as I don't have any of the business class stuff but most don't have to be registered to be updated. You can usually log in through the browser to update them manually. The manual (page 187) goes over checking/updating through the browser.
For the registration, you'd have to contact netgear. Not sure why the installer would set yours up on their account.
