Switch Configuration Pages Not Loading on Website

On the Netgear Insight Cloud Portal Website, none of the configuration pages for switches will load. The website is generally slow for our company, but it works. Today the switch configuration pages are not loading at all for any devices, and the status website is showing no issues https://status.netgear.com/insight I have been trying to contact technical support, but all the lines are for devices with issues, not website issues.

    Do you experience the same when using a different computer or browser? How are you tyring to access the switch UI is it through Insight? May I know what model of switches are you refering?
