Thank you for your suggestion.
I already opened a support ticket on February 20, but the case is still marked as "In Progress" and I have not received any response.
The issue is that auto-renew cannot be disabled in the Insight subscription page and the setting returns to ON after confirmation. Because of this I cannot remove my credit card.
Could a Netgear moderator please help escalate this ticket to the billing team?

I am posting here in the community hoping that someone from the Netgear team might be able to help move the ticket forward, since I have not received any response yet.
