Wax 610 Insight Won’t connect
Hello,
I have been frustrated with this insight service. As soon as I purchased the plan, none of my wax610 APs have been able to connect to the insight service. In the app it just continuously says “waiting for first connect” for hours on end. I assume it must be having some issues connecting to insight after purchasing the membership, but I have to clue how to resolve it.

Kindly try setting an alternative NTP server in the local device GUI as a workaround then observe if the same problem will occur.
