Hi All, I have Internet service extended about 100 feet from my house to an outbuilding using two WBC502 Insight Instant Airbridges configured as a master and a satellite. The ISP is Comcast Busines...

Ah, right. My Ookla Speedtest app says Ping: 21ms. Jitter: 4mx. The test laptop is connected to the Huawei router (described above), which is connected to the Airbridge Satellite. Zoom works fine in the house (not using the Airbridges).

thats actually a pretty solid ping if you're testing right off the huawei wifi.
What happens if you direct connect your pc/laptop thats using zoom to the bridge and not going throug the huawei router?

Yes, I think that is a good ping. Testing off the Airbridge would be more difficult. I guess I could run an ethernet cable down from the top of the barn where the satellite is and take my MBP outside. Is it worth the trouble, if the ping is already good? And what are your thoughts about the transmission power (currently at 15 dBm)?

Channel Width is 80 MHz, Channel No. 36

If you're pulling those speeds/ping, its just makes me a little more suspicious of the router is all.
Again, live video's are more sensitive to ping or traffic inspection. Is the Huawei in router mode or access point mode?
Does it happen if you hardwire the pc/laptop into the router?

I've never had the fortune to need the airbridge but for that distance and speeds/ping you're getting, it seems a pretty solid connection.
That's the reason I'd start checking to see if it happens off the satellite or hardwired into the router. Just to test

Thanks. I'll check it when hardwired into the router and will post here when done. Might not be today.
