Arp binding for sxr30

Hello,

I am trying to setup a static arp entry in my router to my pc for wol from remote networks. I have port 7 and port 9 forwarded already. I have telnet access. What I do not have is the knowledge of what os the router uses, linux/other, Nor what the syntax is for setting static arp from the telnet terminal.

Hoping that someone here has the answer to this question.
