iPhone and Android Orbi app won't detect my SXR80/SXS80's
I'm runing V3.2.0.108 firmware on router/satellites.
I was not able to get both my iPhone and Android devices runing the Orbi app to detect the Orbi Pro.
I had to find the IP address and just use my PC to web in and configure it.
I was hoping after I configured it, the Orbi app would work.
Is this a known issue?
I'm running 1 router and 3 satellites, all connected through Ethernet backhaul.
All my devices connecting to it through Wi-Fi seem to be working well, so operational we're all good, I was just hoping to be able to use the mobile app instead of just always webbing in from my PC.
Seems like the misunderstanding is my part, they said that the Orbi Pro can only be used with the Insight App, while only the Orbi can be used with the Orbi app.
