Orbi Pro Router (SXR80) Satellite Connection Issues (SXS80)
I have been running two networks based on the SXR80 router and SXS80 satellites. Recently I have been seeing a strange behavior. The Insight App and Cloud say the satellites are NOT connected, but the Satellites show Blue LED indicators which suggest they are connected.
I have done complete restarts of the system from the cable modems, then router then satellites, but nothing gets the insight app to see them as connected?
I also noticed a very strange behavior in the insight cloud portal as well. connections to the network that are listed as "Wired" are all wireless devices?!? I have no idea why that would display in that fashion when thinks like wireless cameras, mobile phones and ring doorbells are clearly not wired to the network.
Is this a firmware issues? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Seems to be maybe more a Insight app issue if the SXS show BLUE and the SXR shows them as being connected on it's web page.
The SXK systems are EoL so possible that NG is phasing these out of the Insight app operation and maybe seeing this behavior. Or possible some odd problem on the Insight app side. Try submitting a bug report thru the app and see if anything may get fixed. May not.
Might try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the Insight app and see if this resolves anything.

I know it is strange and it came on out of nowhere with the same firmware. I was thinking the same thing about a factory reset and was a paperclip away from doing it, but I could not bear the thought of fighting through that when I have connectivity and preoccupied with other things. It still seems like it is worth a try when I have time.
Definitely frustrating because I have two routers on two networks and 9 satellites, so I have dropped a lot of money on these systems. : (

Save backup configs to file. Saves time if a FR is needed.
