Orbi Pro SRR60 - will not reset...corrupted firmware???

First time poster from Australia.

Router appears fine but no wifi.  Can't access the admin page....tried several browsers and no luck getting in using orbilogin.com, orbilogin.net, 192.168.1.

Tried factory reset.  No luck.  Can't get the expected blinking orange power led when resetting router.  I just get a solid green.  If I unplug power, then plug it in again and perform reset, I get a blinking red which the manual says is "Blinking red. The firmware is corrupted."

How do I re-install firmware?  Is there a link and instructions to do this without sending it back to Netgear?
