A new Orbi Pro firmware was released which is v2.6.2.200. I suggest you to try to update the firmware of your SRR60 and SRS60 then observe if the same problem will occur.
You can download Orbi Pro firmware v2.6.2.200 here.

Thank you for your response. :)
Let us try this. Kindly perform a factory reset on your Orbi Pro devices then reconfigure the settings from scratch. Then, observe if the same problem will occur.
If the same problem will occur, I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime for further technical assistance.

- SoccerboyusMar 17, 2021AspirantFirmware has been upgraded ,I I will monitor but also I have noticed the the signal quality of the satellites is not the same the one that is in my basement office is status is Good , further away from router.
Satellite on same floor as Router is fair .
How can I increase my satellite signal?- JohnD333Mar 17, 2021ApprenticeJust for grins, try physically switching the satellites by moving them to the other’s current location. Each sat will keep its current name (sat-1, sat-2 etc) in the new location. It takes a few minutes for reboot and proper reporting of signal strength of devices and satellites.
After the swap, Is the “fair signal” location still only a “fair signal” even though it has a different satellite? If so, appliances or stucco walls on main level of home may create more interference than going between floors, even if going between floors is a greater distance. Not so sure a call to tech support will help, but (1) relocating the sat on the main level to a different location may, and if not, (2) adding another satellite on the main level should.
If as a result of the swap the fair “location” became good, and good “location” became fair, indicates that the satellite itself is the issue. A trouble ticket and call to tech support is in order.
