Problems with images not uploading when connected to orbi pro 6
When connected to my Orbi Mesh system i am unable to upload my expenses to my work system. If however, i connect directly to the router provided by my my ISP it works correctly. Is there a setting that needs to be configured to allow this to work over the mesh?

What modem/gateway is the Orbi connected to?
Is ipv6 enabled?
- Neilp2006AspirantIt’s a MikroTik h ap ac lite. I don’t know a great deal about it other than it also controls an external 4g broadband receiver.

The Mikrotik has its own built-in routing. It's a modem/router combo device. It causes a double nat.
A double nat happens when you cascade more than one router.

Fixes? There are three options but only use 1.
1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass-through mode. This turns off its routing functions. If you have it hosting routing features/devices, not a great solution.
2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgear IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the Netgear router. You can either leave the modem/gateway wirelessly enabled or disabled. Just make sure it's using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This turns off its routing functions. The Wi-Fi/ethernet still works, but it turns off some features. Again, make sure wireless settings are on different channels.
