Srr60 help
I got a technician and he changed the router to AP mode via ip address login. How can I change it back since the up has changed. I can access to the satellites but not main router

Yes, when an Orbi router is in the default 'router' mode, the IP address is the same as the gateway IP given to every device on the network, typically 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1. In 'access point' (AP) mode, the IP of the router is assigned by the router that is managing the overall network.
What I typically do is log into the primary router and look in the list of Attached Devices to find an entry that matches the Orbi that has been put into AP mode. That will reveal the IP of the router.

can always just factory reset and reinstall. Default mode is router mode and not AP
- aalrashidAspirantYup I had to rest my system and it’s good for now

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
