SRR60: No LED lights; router does not repond when connected to a computer

Hi,

I have exacly the same problem as previously described on this topic ;

SRR60-No-LED-lights-router-does-not-repond

I tried the two solution explained (TFTP and nmrpflash) with no success.

The power LED turns solid green as soon as the router gets power, but the top ring LED never lights at all.

What should I do ?

    spixel,

    Welcome to the community! 🙂

    I suggest you to perform a factory reset on the SRR60 then reconfigure the setting from scratch.  Observe if the LED lights will lit up accordingly especially the top ring LED.

    Be informed that when you reset the SRR60 to factory default settings, the ring LED should lit up solid white.  The ring LED will lit up pulsating white while the SRR60 is booting up or if the Sync button is pressed.  The ring LED should turn off once the SRR60 is finished booting up and its working normally.

      Hell,

      Thank you for your answer.

      As explained, the ring light doesn’t light at all, always off, and the power led is always green, even when I press more than 20 second the reset button to perform a factory reset. Nothing change, the power led stay green, the ring led stays off, and the router remain unreachable.

      Any other suggestion ?

        spixel,

        I suggest you to open a support ticket with the NETGEAR Support Team here at anytime for further hardware check.  Kindly state the status of your SRR60 as well as the troubleshooting steps done to isolate the problem.  If your SRR60 has been declared faulty, be ready to submit a soft copy of its Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice for warranty verification.  If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will be processed.

        Regards,
